To Use:
You can choose to use half (4oz) or the whole (8oz) bag in a warm/hot bath. Use your hand to blend the mixture in the water. It is suggested to set an intention, or review the things you are wanting to let go (pyhsically, mentally, emotionally, energetically). Light a candle(s). Grab a big glass of water click on some 528hz music (check YouTube) and melt away.

+Does leave residue in the tub after. Rinse tub after use and wash all those worries/stresses away.
